4. Who we share it with

We share your information only with service providers who assist us with review and communication, and - if you choose to proceed after the review call - with the platform partner where your trading account is opened: IG - specifically IG Markets South Africa Limited (authorised and regulated by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority as an authorised financial services provider, FSP No. 41393) for domestic accounts, and IG Markets Limited (authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority in the UK) for international accounts. We share your information only for the purposes in this notice.

5. How long we keep it

We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this notice. If you do not proceed after the review call, we delete or anonymise your application details within 12 months. Where a longer retention period is required by applicable law - for example tax or financial record-keeping obligations - we keep the relevant records only for the period the law requires, which is generally up to five years.

  • You may lose some or all of your capital. Never use money you cannot afford to lose. You are responsible for your own tax and regulatory obligations.
  • You agree that the information you provide is true and accurate, and that a consultant may contact you by phone or email about your application.
